I will be mailing the gathering cards to you, minus the card bases and envelopes.
Card #1
Cardstock - White daisy, Sunny yellow (retired), and amethyst (retired)
Stamps - A1171 A Little Note (retired), A1246 Happy Easter Bunny
Ink - Intense Black
Other - Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend markers... light green blend, Light yellow blend, Gold brown blend, Hydrangea blend, Citrus blend. Shinhan marker... Golden yellow.
I cut a mask for the bunny. I stamped the bunny on the white CS, put the mask over it, then stamped the daffodils. You may see different bits and pieces of the daffodils on your card, depending on how my stamping went!
Card #2
Cardstock -Smoothie, Green apple, white daisy
Stamps - C1837 Birthday Banners, C1726 Boutique--Cardmaking
Ink - Smoothie, Intense black
Other - Shinhan marker... Light orange. Spectrum Noir Tri-blend markers... Light green, Citrus blend
I recommend that you first color and cut out all pieces as appropriate. I then used a black marker and marked on the sides around the cupcake, candle banner, and candle. This covers any cutting errors.
Putting together the card... Start at the bottom of the card, and glue the pieces on in order, stopping with the large white piece with happy birthday on it. Then, glue the top piece of smoothie CS down. You can then glue the green apple piece over the gap that is left.
The candle banner and the candle are glued directly to the card. The cupcake is raised.
Coloring note: I only had the light orange Shinhan marker. I colored the top of the cupcake once, and after it dried, I went back and colored the sides again... waited for it to dry, and did it a third time. Makes the center look lighter. That said, you can color with whatever colors you want! You know I always have to be matchy matchy!!
Happy stamping!
