Kathy's Gathering, March 21, 2016

We haven't made get well cards in I don't know when... or have we ever?  Seems like I have had a need for them lately... maybe you have too!  Here are the get well cards we will be making at Kathy's gathering Monday night!

I got ideas for these cards, bits and pieces, from Pinterest.  So sorry I don't know who to recognize.  But... not my original ideas!

Ink: Memento Black, Thistle, Honey
Other: Shinhan markers Peony Purple, Leaf Green, Pastel Green, Golden Yellow

Layout for March 14, 2016

Hi!  Just got back from walking Ralph, and what a blustery day!  Had to take a break from the layout... I am still not happy, but here is what I have so far.  May be (hopefully) a few more embellishments when you see it Monday.  I had planned to use Penelope, but turns out I did not order enough of the Penelope paper.  Still getting used to the new "workshop your way" versus "workshop on the go".  So... more Kaleidoscope... sorry!

Card stock: White daisy, Gypsy, Glitter paper (white sheet out of gold set)

Stamps: C1629 Diamonds Are Forever

Ink: Gypsy, Pixie, Sunset

Embellishments:  Wink of Stella clear, Enamel & Glitter Dues (blue) and more TBD! Maybe bitty dots?!?!?

Cards for Monday night, March 7, 2016

Here are the two cards we will be doing!

This first card has a "see-thru" piece of acetate where the multi-colored patterned paper is... that paper is actually on the inside of the card.

B&T Duos: Kalaidescope
Cardstock: White daisy, Pixie, Gypsy, Canary, Sunset
Stamps: C1638 Spring Critters with Z3207 THIN CUTS Spring Critters
Ink:  Black
Other:  Clear acetate, Black journaling pen, Eggs cut from Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge, Tender pink Shinhan marker, Scor-Tape or Miracle Tape, and mounting tape

This card uses the March Stamp of the Month.

Cardstock:  Crystal Blue, Canary, White Daisy

Stamps: S1603 Sunshine Birdies (SOTM) and D1634 Rain or Shine (cloud)

Ink: Memento Black, Black, VersaMark watermark stamp pad

Other: Vellum, White embossing powder, yellow brad, Shinhan markers (blues and yellows and green)

Be sure to bring good scissors, because the card above has lots of fussy-cutting.
