Here are the cards we will be doing Monday night, October 23rd.
The first card is from the CTMH Blog and features the new Punny Pals Thin Cuts (CC1340) which are available ONLY this month. The blog gives instructions for partial die cutting, and I thought it would be fun for us to do together. This card is my practice card... I used older paper... we will be using a different paper pack (to be determined) and you can pick the Punny Pals and sayings you want to use. On this card, the lion is inside the card, and it says... no lion. Also featured are the CTMH circle dies and the ribbon die.
The second card is from CTMH as well... I thought it was a good example for using leftovers from your scrapbooking paper packets to make cards. Since the inks and papers match, it is easy to pull colors from the paper to make a coordinated card.
This card uses the "Falling for you" paper packet; fern, goldrush and white daisy cardstock; fern, goldrush, and pewter ink, and the Falling for You -- Cardmaking Stamp + Thin Cuts. We will finish it off with a piece of the white & bronze twine.
