Card Club for Monday, February 16th...

These are the cards for this week's card club!

Card stock: outdoor denim, white daisy
Ink: Outdoor denim, sky, twilight, white daisy and versamark watermark stamp pad  (Sorry... I grabbed the sky and twilight forgetting they are retired)
White detail embossing powder
sponges for applying ink
circles stencil
Technique: bokeh

Stamp set: B1467 You Mean the World to Me

Paper set: Hopscotch

Card stock: colonial white, flaxen

Ink: Indian corn blue

Embellishments:  brads and sunset baker's twine

Technique: open window

You may use different inks for the bokeh technique... just bring 3 colors you would like to use together.  If you bring your own white daisy, I will give you a sponge to use and take home!

We will have some special snacks in honor of Kathy, who will be in Montana for at least the next month!

Card Club for February 9, 2015

Well, have had a hard time making cards this week.  Hope you have had a better week and have made all of your Valentine's Day cards (and they are in the mail!).  I am not there yet!

Technique: peekaboo, distressing, masking

Stamp sets: D1491 Hooray Bouquet and B1471 Vaiety of Thanks (hostess stamp set)

Card stock: kraft, flaxen, colonial white

Paper packet: Wanderful

Inks: desert sand, lagoon

Embellishment: sparkles assortment, round, brown & tan, washi tape, gold polka dot

Techniques: shadow stamping, ideas for washi tape

Hi all!  Monday night is our next card get-together, and Lynda's gathering.  Below are the cards we will be making.  For those of you who missed last week, those cards will be available for you to make.

Ink: thistle, flaxen, pear, pixie, smoothie
Shinhan marker: peony purple
Embellishments: Silver assortment sequins, Puffies Junebug
Techniques:  Masking, color sequins

We will not use it on a card, but I will show you how to make an accordian fold heart.

Reminder to bring your scissors and adhesive.  You might bring markers and a score board if you have one, otherwise we will be sharing.  You are also welcome to bring ink, just be sure your pads are marked.
